My husband and I recently purchased our very first home, and we had the absolute pleasure of working with Joe. We first met him at an open house in July, and the next day we visited his office where he took the time to walk us through the entire home buying process. He asked thoughtful questions about what we were looking for, what features mattered most, and what were our non-negotiables . From the very beginning, Joe made us feel confident, informed, and supported. We only worked with Joe for about two months, and thanks to his guidance and expertise, we got the very first home we put an offer on! Joe and his team were nothing short of professional. Every single person he introduced us to made the experience incredibly smooth and stress free. He was always super communicative. He always responded quickly to our texts and answered every question we had. Before our first open house, Joe explained what to expect and even taught us how to properly evaluate things like the roof, water heater, and other details most buyers might overlook. His background in construction was also really helpful. He's extremely knowledgeable and practical. When it came time to make an offer, Joe guided us in setting a fair and comfortable price range, and he was spot on with his appraisal prediction, the house appraised for exactly what he estimated! The seller and their agent even chose to work with us because of Joe's stellar reputation and professionalism. Joe also connected us with a great network of professionals, from our home inspector and septic specialist to our loan officer and lawyer--all of whom were fantastic. We're so grateful for Joe and his entire team. If you're looking to buy or sell your home and want a smooth, easy, and enjoyable process, Joe is your person. We can't recommend him enough!
