Tracey has been absolutely amazing. My words genuinely can not do justice to just how great she was. From accommodating my crazy work schedule, to the compassion and understanding of my wife and I navigating this process for the first time, to making my kids feel comfortable even in strange situations (including some guy jobs I made her show me). My husband and I recently purchased our very first home, and we had the absolute pleasure of working with Joe. We first met him at an open house in July, and the next day we visited his office where he took the time to walk us through the entire home buying process. From the very beginning, Joe made us feel confident, informed, and supported. We only worked with Joe for about two months, and thanks to his guidance and expertise, we got the very first home we put an offer on! Joe and his team were nothing short of professional. Every single person he introduced us to made the experience incredibly smooth and stress free. He was always super communicative. He always responded quickly to our texts and answered every question we had.
