Christine was superb as our listing agent! She is an experienced professional who knows the local market. We had already moved to another state and gladly took her recommendation for the listing price. She walked me through each room to advise me on how to declutter. Joe then took expert photos to show off the house perfectly. We had 2 offers in 4 days! Christine and Joe checked on the house regularly. Not only did she refer us to great professionals (plumber, estate sale, lawn and snow removal, attorney, junk hauler) she made the appointments and was there to supervise! She kept in touch every step of the way with phone calls, texts and e-mails. Christine expertly handled tough negotiations after the inspection report and we closed on schedule. We could not have been more pleased and strongly recommend her!
