I recently had an addition built on my home so my mom could come live with us. I listed her home in Rotterdam with Coldwell Banker. Joe Frith was the listing agent. Joe did an excellent job with the promotion and advertising of my moms home. Her house was sold the first week it was on the market (even in the middle of a pandemic)!! I was quite impressed, and my mom is thrilled the house is sold and that she's not an hour away from me anymore! I would definitely use Coldwell Banker in the future if I'm ever in the market for a new home!
