Tracey was the perfect fit for us. She is extremely knowledgeable and works incredibly hard. She is also very normal- we never felt like she was putting on a show or trying to sell us something. She was very patient with our (repeated) questions about the processes of buying and selling a house. We met with a realtor to sell our investment property. We were given a price they felt our house was worth. We also interviewed Tracey her price to market our house was significantly higher. We were shown how she came up with price and how our house would be marketed. Tracey sold our house in under a week for $40,000.00 more than we were originally told the house was worth.
