Tracey was the all-around perfect realtor. Thanks to her, my wife and I have purchased our dream home! As we were narrowing down our options of homes we wanted to tour, we realized the house we were most excited about seeing was already under contract, pending attorney approval and we were very disappointed. Lucky for us, Tracey managed to get us in the house for a tour anyways and we were able to submit a competing offer and secure *our house*. Tracey's industry knowledge and communication skills transformed what could have been an overwhelming, nerve-wracking experience into a manageable process that even two very anxious people were able to navigate. Throughout the home-buying process, Tracey was readily available with quick responses to any and all questions we had.
