My wife and I just bought our first house with Joe and we couldn't be happier with our experience. Joe was knowledgeable, helpful, puntual, responsive, and a good time to be around. He helped us learn a lot about what to look for in a good home and signs of larger issues that we wouldn't notice on our own. He even helped advise us on how to create a stronger offer that was able to get us into our beautiful house we have now.
