I would highly recommend Joe and his family team to anyone in the area. From the moment my husband and I met him, we knew that he was the real deal. He is incredibly honest, knowledgeable, professional, and is his contracting experience is invaluable. Joe truly found the house for us. He never pressured us into reaching outside our budget, dedicated his weekends for showings, and was looking out for our best interest. As a first time home buyer, we were nervous and didn't know the area well. Joe led us to finding the perfect house, but not without his hardwork, research, and dedication, After spending every weekend since October 2019-March 2020 with either Joe, Christine and/or Angel, we consider him family. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree - the house inspectors and attorney we used were excellent as well. This team is family-oriented, trustworthy, and highly respected. We will definitely be using the Frith's if we ever sell/buy again. Joe was by our side throughout the whole process, from the moment our paths met Zillow to when we closed last week. I recently had an addition built on my home so my mom could come live with us. I listed her home in Rotterdam with Coldwell Banker. Joe Frith was the listing agent. Joe did an excellent job with the promotion and advertising of my moms home. Her house was sold the first week it was on the market (even in the middle of a pandemic)!! I was quite impressed, and my mom is thrilled the house is sold and that she's not an hour away from me anymore! I would definitely use Coldwell Banker in the future if I'm ever in the market for a new home!

I began my first-home search alone and online, cluelessly being shown properties by whatever realtor contacted me from a website regarding a particular property I clicked on. So, I ended up experiencing a lot of different types of realtors. That approach of using random realtors ended when I met Joe. Not one of the realtors that I had met up until that point had anything close to Joe's knowledge, experience, helpfulness, and professionalism.
