Joe was on top of everything all the time. I never worried that something he needed to do would not be done. His advice was sound. His manner was always pleasant and he took the inevitable ups and downs of home buying in his stride which helped me understand what was happening better, too. He went beyond courtesy to genuine kindness. I appreciated his help from day one to closing. Just top of the line performance consistently. Every homebuyer has some things to worry about but I never worried about the job that Joe was doing on my behalf.
